I can see the District form, but I can't see the Public School Forms.

If you are in a District and looking for a School form, use the "Search by Form" box in the upper right corner of the screen.

• Begin typing "BEDS" into the "Search by Form" box.   A drop down menu will display a list of forms by school year, e.g., "BEDS - Public School Data 2020-21".
• Select the BEDS form for the current year from the drop down menu.  Once you have selected the form, all the schools in your district will populate the Data Collections table ( located below the Search box). 
• Click on any school name listed in the Data Collections table to see the school's BEDS form.

To go back to the District form, find the black bar at the top of your screen. Click on the "Data Exchange" button located on the left-hand side of the black bar next to an icon of a house.   The "Data Exchange" button will refresh the Data Collections table so that only the District form displays.  The District and School forms cannot be displayed together.
