In order to move from one question to the next, you will need to complete the pages in the order that they appear and press the "Save" button at the end of every page.
Once you have completed a page and saved the data, you can navigate between any other completed pages by using the "Application Pages" button located in the top right hand of the form.
The "Application Pages" will ONLY work for pages which you have already entered and saved data. You CAN NOT navigate to pages that you have not already saved.
